It's rather ironic that after years of fundraising for a breast cancer charity, I now need to 'call on them', as it were.
Just before Christmas, Paula – my wife – was diagnosed with Stage 2 inflammatory breast cancer, a fairly uncommon but invasive and aggressive type of cancer. So for her, and others battling breast cancer, and those who have beaten it or, sadly, those who have lost that battle, I shall be walking the streets of London overnight to raise money for Walk the Walk.
Walk the Walk is the largest grant-making breast cancer charity in the UK. This means that everybody is raising money which funds charities and organisations that are involved with breast cancer and will benefit not only cancer patients today, but the future health of us all.
So please support me however you can, financially, verbally or – after 26 miles – physically(!!) and help me
